The ring is set and ready to go
As you arrive go through the feed merchants stick to the left track, you drive through their yard and keep going. You will get to the fields and keep going into the second field that is gated and must be shut at all times please.
Once in second field go immediately right and up hedge line and park anywhere on far side of arena. Please leave 10m between the parking and corrals and the ring,as entrance gate on parking side so need access. Please try not to park close to “lovely people in house at the top of field and their post/rail fencing”
Apart from if you are accessing hayters feed stores please keep to the field allocated to us.
Hayters are only open Saturday so make sure you get anything you need then, they also sell gas so if you run out you can grab there.
They stock most feeds if you haven’t got any contact them tomorrow and they will order in for you.
There is a massive dung heap we can all add to please. Shown on the map in What You Need to Know below.
There are 6 people due to collect prizes for the Jubilee Summer Series, please check the list below to see if you are one of them and come and collect it at the weekend.

Novice Individuals will do chicken race instead of litter and the Duck Race instead of Royal Stack
Teams – please complete and return the following declaration form so we can allocate points for the Jubilee Summer Series and riders can claim their prizes
We apologise that we have been unable to publish a timetable yet but we are waiting for confirmation from several people.
If you are planning on competing please would you kindly confirm as soon as possible, so we can organise a timetable and programmes.

The venue is confirmed as: Rowe Hill Farm, Rowe Hill, Wimborne, Dorset. BH21 7EB (SUPERB NEW VENUE)
Teams, pairs and individuals. Zone and championship races for pony club teams. OPEN TEAMS WELCOME, and non pony club teams in other age groups.
Entry fees: £250 per team, £90 a pair. £45 per individual. (£200 for novice teams)

EGUK are running a summer “reward scheme” to reward the riders for attending. This means that all riders, no matter what ability or age, will be able to add to their “prizes” by collecting their “tokens” to buy EGUK merchandise . For more details go to:
